The Muscles & Bustles Health Club serves your fitness needs with its state-of-the-art equipment from Cybex, Life Fitness, and Stairmaster.
Design your own workout with free weights, enjoy a massage (by appointment), or work up a sweat in our sauna. Muscles and Bustles Health Club is open 24 hours and attendants are available from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
To make an appointment, call (407) 939-2370. Guests wanting 24-hour access to the club must meet with an attendant to sign a waiver and obtain a 24-hour access key.
Resort Guests must be 14 years of age or older to use the facilities. |
