The Soundtrack
When walking in front of the Chinese theater, a great collection of film scores can be heard playing in the forecourt. Because this music lacks any lyrics, it can be confusing as to which film they came from. The Great Movie Ride has only updated the track listing for the forecourt area once, leaving the area with two slightly different soundtracks. Here is a listing of both:

The turn of the millennium motivated Disney to update the soundtrack to more modern sensibilities. Included in the new soundtrack are a variety of scores that are part of modern pop culture.
2001 Great Movie Ride Forecourt Soundtrack
Disney does not hold the legal rights to all of the films, so there has never been (and most likely will not be) an official soundtrack for The Great Movie Ride. If you're interested in purchasing some of this music, check out online retailers, such as iTunes or Amazon for official film soundtracks. |
