Disneyland - City Hall

Located on the west side of the street, City Hall is run by Disneyland's Guest Relations department. Here you can have any and all of your Disneyland-related questions answered, as well as many unrelated to Disneyland.

Guest Relations hosts and hostesses can help you in getting resources for local transportation, lodging, attractions, and much more. Think of them as your in-park concierge.

City Hall hosts and hostesses can also provide you with maps in English and a variety of other languages, entertainment schedules, special assistance passes for guests with disabilities, and directions to attractions outside the Resort.

You can also inquire about Disneyland's and California Adventure's many guided tours and special events.

Hosts and hostesses in Main Street's City Hall have a variety of resources at their finger tips that can help make any guest's day great. Upon request, they may be able to enhance your day with the following items:

• Talk with Disney Characters on the Telephone

City Hall Cast Members can dial up a special Disney character for your child's birthday.

• Autographed Photos of Characters

City Hall was designed by Imagineer Harper Goff, who did most of the visual work in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. He copied the design of City Hall directly from the old courthouse of his home town Fort Collins, Colorado.

Note: the French version of DCA’s map is the only one that still shows “Sunshine Plaza” that was the entrance before the current detour that moves all the guests entering the park to Condor Flats.
