Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room opened June 23rd, 1963 and was the first to feature Audio-Animatronics, a Walt Disney invention.

The show features a "cast" of 156 animatronic birds singing and dancing birds, flowers, a magic fountain, native drummers and tiki totem poles.

The attractions theme song is "The Tiki Tiki Tiki Room" by the Sherman Brothers, and the song is preformed by all the cast.

The pre-show features Hawaiian gods around the perimeter of the lanai and each has a story to tell via animated Tikis.
