Welcome to the happiest place on earth!

Inspired by Walt's home town, Main Street U.S.A. is your official welcome to Disneyland. As you emerge from the tunnel under the railroad, you enter Town Square and and step into the turn of the century.

Travel along Main Street in a horse drawn trolley, and you'll pass the Fire Station, bake shop and Main Street Cinema.  It is also home to City Hall, in which the guest relations office is located.

At the end of the street you have the amazing view of Sleeping Beauty Castle, which reaches a height of 77 feet (23.5 meters)!

The names painted in the Windows on Main Street U.S.A. serve as credits for some of the many craftsman, people, Imagineers and others legends who contributed in some way to the creation of Disneyland.

Largely they appear as fictional businesses (gyms, realtors, dentists and the like) themed to their particular skill or position within the company.
