One of the original opening day attractions, this ride never seems to get old.
Opens with you climbing aboard a pirates galleon ship, which is on a unique overhead conveyance system from the Cleavland Tram Rail Company, who worked closly with Bob Gurr (imagineer).
Claude Coats did the watercolor paintings and external murals in the load areas. Yale Gracey refreshed the lighting & sound system in 1998, as part of the major Fantasyland upgrade.
Starts with the Darling's nursary scene, we can hear Peter Pan saying "come on, everybody... Here we go!" and you see his shadow on the wall before you bank left and climb.
Nana's doghouse & village is next, then you are 17 feet in the air flying over London, the Tower bridge & the Big Ben with a starfield element.
You crest around the moon and enter Neverland. You can see the ship anchored in the lagoon with the volcano in the background.
Next is the Lost Boys camp, with Foxy, Nibs, Tootles, the two racoon Twins and Cubby.
