Pollo Campero is a Latin chicken chain from Guatemala, that opened in Downtown Disney on April 30, 2010 replacing McDonald's.

Their food is prepared fresh every day, including the salsa and features items with a blend of Latin herbs and spices.

Pollo Campero does not offer fast food, we offer excellent food, served quickly.

Our secret is our traditional recipe chicken that is always fresh, never frozen. The flavor comes from injection marination with our unique blend of herbs and spices coupled with our distinctive Campero flavored breading on the outside. The result is tender, juicy, and crunchy with no trans fat!

Two other eateries are located within Pollo Campero. BabyCakes NYC, is a bakery that offers a variety of gluten free, dairy free, soy products and agave-sweetened desserts. Fresh-A-Peel offers salads, wraps and all natural burgers and hot dogs. They also have a grab ‘n go area with ready made salads, snacks, fruits, nuts and desserts.
