Located in the old "Honey I Shrunk the Audience" theatre, the Captain EO 3D experience is once again making an encore performance.
The film is 17 minutes long and the theatre can accomodate 500 guests.
Captain EO was a 3D film that took the place of Magic Journeys in the Imagination pavilion from Sept. 12, 1986 until July 16, 1994.
The film also includes lasers that go over the crowds heads. It cost $23.7 million to make due to the 70mm 3D film format. This was one of the most expensive films ever made up until that time.
In addition, it uses smoke and incorporates stars in the roof and walls. The film has yet to be released onto DVD in any format.
