"The Land" is a 24 hectare (2.5 million square foot) facility dedicated to human interaction with the land itself. It explores both how we humans can use the land for our benefit, and also how we can destroy it. Future Technology in better preserving the land is also explored in the pavilion, along with a focus on the celebration of the land itself.

The 15-minute voyage loads guests into boats with five rows in the first half and five rows on the second half, jumping guest capacity from 36 to 40 guest per vehicle. New handicap vehicles that allow wider wheelchairs and small ECV with a flat loading platform are a new addition to the ride unlike previous front ramp boats.

When it opened in 1982, this attraction was known as Listen to the Land. Sponsored by Nestlé from 1993 to 2009. Starting in 2011 Chiquita Brands International took over the sponsorship.
