Located on the west side of the street, City Hall is run by the Magic Kingdom's Guest Relations hosts and hostesses, who can help you in getting resources for local transportation, lodging, attractions, and much more. Think of them as your in-park concierge.

They can also provide you with maps in English and a variety of other languages, entertainment schedules, special assistance passes for guests with disabilities, and directions to attractions outside the Resort.
