Sleepy Hollow Refreshments is the place to find all types of drinks and treats to give you energy to keep exploring the park.

It is themed after the Headless Horseman character from the 1949 film "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad". The Sleepy Hollow theme of this eatery is well-matched to the look of Liberty Square, particularly since the nearby Haunted Mansion was modeled after houses in the Hudson River Valley, the exact spot referenced in the Headless Horseman myth.
