Romp on sloshy slides, fun-filled fountains, watery whales, slippery seals, an interactive lushly leaking tugboat and a mini ripply-rapids ride. Little squirts love the adventures that are just their size in this children's water play area. It's a little wateropolis of splashy fun! Ketchakiddee Creek contains small slides, raft rides, bubbling jets, squirting water, and lots of other water fun. Parents must accompany children in this area and provide supervision. Ketchakidde Creek is a great area for families, especially families with children that just miss the 48 inch requirement to get on the bigger rides. Ketchakiddie Creek has two slides that children have to be less than 48 inches tall to ride. One of the slides is even an individual tube ride. On both of these slides the child must ride down by themselves, although the parent or older sibling can catch them at the bottom. Along with those two slides, specifically for children under 48 inches, there are many smaller slides for the children to play on. In addition, the ever so popular ship is in this kiddie area. This ship has water shooters to get not only the lifeguards, but all your friends soaked. Walk through the cave as you wander around the creek trying to find the perfect place to settle. There are plenty of chairs to choose from either in the sand or on the shore to make sure you can keep an eye on your children while also relaxing. Just steps away from Gangplank, Keelhaul, and Mayday Falls, Ketchakiddie Creek is a wonderful place to settle down and play with the kids. |
